General information on
group and coach tours at Hangar-7:

Hangar-7 sees itself as an open house whose exhibition area can be visited free of charge, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am - 10:00 pm and Sundays from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm. You can find all opening hours at a glance here.
We would like to politely draw your attention to the following points regarding group and coach tours for 10 or more people before your arrival:  

There is a general access ban on the access road to Hangar-7. We therefore ask you to let your guests get off at the entrance to Wilhelm-Spazier-Straße. The walk takes about 3-5 minutes.
As Hangar-7 does not have its own coach park, we ask the driver to park the vehicle in the airport coach park, which incurs a charge, immediately after the guests have disembarked. When picking up guests, the bus is only allowed to drive as far as the "No Driving" sign. 
We would like to politely point out that our catering facilities only have a limited capacity and as such can only accommodate smaller groups. This means that unfortunately, we are unable to cater for groups in the 
Carpe Diem Lounge - Café, the Gourmet Restaurant Ikarus, the Mayday Bar and, during the summer months, in the Hangar-7 Outdoor Lounge. Alternatively, we can send you our restaurant recommendations.
We would also like to point out that filming and photography at Hangar-7 is only permitted for private purposes. Any direct or indirect commercial use requires prior written consent from Hangar-7. 
For reasons relating to our company's policy, guided tours of the Hangar-7 exhibition area are offered exclusively for school and student groups as well as emergency services personnel. Hangar-8 is not open to the public as it is the maintenance hangar for The Flying Bulls.
We ask for your understanding that Hangar-7 can only accepts group or coach tours if booked in advance.

You can also cancel directly up to 24 hours before the viewing appointment and simply book a new appointment.
Please also note that there may be short-term changes in availability and therefore a cancellation of your booking might be possible.
